A new property survey found the club encompasses 76,000 square feet with a private entrance to indoor parking garage encompassing another 10,000 square feet—all on a 621,000 square feet site (16-acres) in Miami Gardens, Florida, which is part of the Miami tri-county area, the 9th largest US metro market.

- The giant Main Room has 3 stages and accommodates more than 1,000 guests.

- Tootsie’s Station is a raised VIP lounge and stage with more roomy seating. The area also features the Tootsie’s Transit car, a scaled replica of a New York City subway, where guests can enjoy lap dances.

Throughout its 18 years of operation, Tootsie’s has distinguished itself as a leading adult indoor theme park where nightlife enthusiasts can experience a stellar lineup of entertainment and a unique, larger than life experience.
