Mets ace Jacob deGrom was seen throwing a baseball on Saturday morning, just a day after the reigning Cy Young Award winner was placed on the DL. The reports that came out on Friday, were that he had a sore elbow and was headed back to New York for an MRI.
It turns out deGrom either had a miraculous recovery, the reports were false, or the Mets are mishandling deGrom’s injury. We shall see.
