NY Giants End Their Season With Only Four Wins

The New York Giants ended their 2019 season with a 34-17 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. The Giants finish the season 4-12, one fewer win than they had in 2018. The Eagles win the NFC East with a 9-7 record.

Daniel Jones completed 28 of 47 passes for 301 yards with a touchdown and an interception. He ran three times for 26 yards and was charged with one lost fumble.

Saquon Barkley had a 68-yard touchdown run for the Giants. He finished with 92 yards rushing on 17 carries. That gave Barkley 1,003 rushing yards for the season.

For those already turning their attention to the draft, the Giants will have the fourth overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft.

The Eagles entered the game missing tight end Zach Ertz, wide receiver Nelson Agholor, running back Jordan Howard and offensive tackle Lane Johnson. Philadelphia lost running back Miles Sanders and guard Brandon Brooks with injuries during the game.

The Eagles got a 24-yard touchdown catch from Joshua Perkins, who entered the game with five receptions, and three touchdown runs from backup running back Boston Scott. Scott scored on a 7-yard run and a pair of 2-yard runs.

Philadelphia quarterback Carson Wentz completed 23 of 30 passes for 289 yards and a touchdown.
