The New York Islanders’ playoff run ended in a heartbreaking Game 7 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning. For the second straight season, the Islanders fell just short of a trip to the Stanley Cup Final.
It’s over for the Islanders, but the exotic dancers who perform at Rick’s Cabaret New York, the gentlemen’s club known to be a favorite with sports fans and celebrities, want to show their appreciation for the Islanders and their efforts.
“It was an awesome season,” purred Rick’s Cabaret girl Katia. “The Islanders played exciting hockey and they almost went all the way. Next year they will!”
Rick’s Cabaret girl Celeste agreed. “We always root for the home teams and the Islanders didn’t let us down. The Stanley Cup will be coming next year—just wait and see!”
