Guns N’ Roses Settles Lawsuit Over ‘Guns N’ Rose’ Beer

The band Guns N’ Roses has dropped a lawsuit it filed earlier this year against a Colorado brewing company — accusing it of trademark infringement for selling a beer called “Guns ‘N’ Rosé.”

Both sides agreed to settle late last month, with the decision being made public in a Monday court filing.

The lawyers agreed in principle and are working on a written settlement that will ultimately lead to the suit’s dismissal.

Rockers Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan had accused the Oskar Blues Brewery of ripping off the Guns N’ Roses name and selling merchandise associated with the band, including bandannas similar to the ones that Axl wears on stage.
