LA Rams Beat Winless NY Giants 17-9

The Los Angeles Rams were expected to crush the New York Giants on Sunday afternoon, but that’s hardly how the game went. They escaped with a 17-9 win over the winless Giants, moving their record to 3-1 on the year.

It was close throughout, and the Rams never led by more than seven points until Cooper Kupp’s 55-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter. That put the Rams up by eight, which was the final margin of victory.

Rams DB Darious Williams picked off Giants QB Daniel Jones with a diving interception in the final minute. It was a spectacular play to end the game, giving the Rams their third win of the game.

Prior to that point, it seemed like the Giants had a legitimate chance to mount a comeback, but Williams put the game away.
